Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of handmade soaps, products cannot be returned. If there is an issue please let me know and we'll see what can be arranged to satisfy your needs. I value each customer and will make it right for you.
Because all of my soap is handmade and cut, weights can vary. When placing your order I will weigh each bar and verify weight for shipment. Please ask any questions or concerns you might have about soap size.
My products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute ofr or alternative to information from health care practitioners. Gift wrapping and packaging
All the soaps are elegantly packaged, some may be shrink wrapped for added protection. Soaps are labeled with ingredients and information.
My shipping costs are discounted on multiple items in the same order. I will refund extra cost of shipping when having more than 1 item in your order.
About Us
My desire to create and use only natural ingredients, has inspired me in the handmade products you will find in my store. I strive to use quality ingredients from sources all over the world. Mostly concentrating on US grown and acquired oils, butters, herbs, oxides, pigments, micas and essential oils. Many soaps could have fragrance oils that are suitable for my product. Each cold process soap batch is created fresh and cured. Then hand cut to individual bars. My soap is made in small batches.
